Lyrics

There is nothing they can do to stop this yah music Nothing they can do to cramp our style (Nothing) There is nothing they can do to stop Jah Jah music Nothing they can do to spoil our style

I say our vibes is from eternity for years decades and centuries (Ancient) Venerating humanity with music of integrity And though the road has been so long (So long dreadlocks) By God´s grace We carry on (Jah) Still with all we been through Our regrets are few And together we stand (Together together together) To fight this armageddon Nothing they can do to stop this yah music (Nothing at all)

Nothing they can do to cramp our style (Nothing at all you can´t cramp natty style) There is nothing they can do to stop Jah Jah music (Nothing at all) Nothing they can do to spoil our style

When the soul gets restless in the heat We all need a place of peace The whole world try to take your soul We all need a hand to hold And that is where the reggae music come in Love to see the king dem skanking with the Queens Giving praise to Jah and burning babylon regime Stepping them here feet up in the seas of unity So I a say

Nothing they can do to stop this yah music (Nothing at all can’t do nothing at all) Nothing they can do to cramp our style (Nothing they can do to cramp our style) There is nothing they can do to stop Jah Jah music (Nothing at all can’t do nothing at all) Nothing they can do to spoil our style (Nothing they can do to cramp natty style) #PoweredbyReggaeville#MaadSickReggaeville#Reggaeville

The sound of Reggae is widely recognised because of its acoustically formed bass and drum downbeat, and its offbeat rhythm section. With such a diversity in style it is also considered complex enough to attract progressively minded musicians. A music that has a strong association with dance covering a variety of styles while also offering a background beat for those sharing Biblical chants of Zion. It is hard to ignore Reggae’s influence and how it interacts with our day-to-day lives. Shared as background music for films and advertising driving its heavy bass lines literally felt wherever rock and pop are played. Reggae has an affinity with mainstream British pop; recognised within the hip-hop culture and considered “cool” by those with no connection to Jamaica. As lovers of reggae my aim is to build a community of reggae followers that can share thoughts, news, events as listeners, artists, DJ’s and hosts.
